Ashleigh has been brilliant throughout. Ashleigh communicated really well. I came across a couple of issues with the Sale, one only minor, the property was being used as an air bnb and had bookings but was resolved so quickly, another one involved someone masquerading as my daughter to get access into the property ( this I took up with the Police at my end). This was dealt with so efficiently. Rebecca and Ashleigh communicated really well during this difficult period and put me at ease straight away and re-assured me.
