Very nice at the beginning. No updates since house viewing. Then property that was my dream home just disappeared from the market. 2 stars instead of 1, because of the nice agent during viewing. I don't understand that lack of interest in customers.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication they got solicitors email wrong therefore delaying sale when approached about it they just laughed as though I was wrong not worth the fees they charge

If you want to get gazumped then these are the ones for you. That's what they did to me after the seller accepted my offer and after all the surveyor reports had been done. I think this was because we found wood rot in the attic which Williams tried to conceal as they would never let me view the attic it was only when the surveyor insisted on it. They then allowed another viewer to put in a bid and I was then told to increase my offer by £20k! I obviously told them to shove it where the sun doesn't shine and found out 6 months later that the same female manager from Williams sold the house for a mere £2k above my asking price. Doged a bullet though, as I have been informed by multiple people that the previous Tennants who rented the house poured cement down the drains as they didn't want to be evicted for the house to be sold! You will never get my business ever again.

Absolute jokes the lot , I had to take time off work to show people around and basically sell it for them they didn't have a clue but still charged me would never use again and definitely would not recommend stay well clear

My mom sadly passed ... so i trusted Williams to sell her home as I live in Knutsford so didn't have a clue who to use.. anyway they valued the property at £250,000 them said 5 months later reduce so I knock down £30,000 still no joy.. …
