Not much for sale at the moment

I would strongly recommend to not rent a house through Williams estate agents. They take the side of the Landlord in all matters even when you are the 'ideal tenant' and pay your rent every month on time. Very slow to respond and follow up on maintenance & repairs. Waited months for a central heating fault to be repaired and was even left without water at the property for 3 days after an outside tap pipe burst. As for when you leave the property, don't expect this agent to act or advise impartially. They completely ignored the clear and obvious evidence that the Landlord was making a baseless claim against the holding deposit and instead pushed the dispute through the arbitration scheme. Thankfully the independent adjudicator found rightly in my favor but it still took 5 months to get my deposit back. Will never use this agent again.

Shocking service from this agent. We travelled down from Birmingham to have a market appraisal only to receive a phone call from the agent whilst he sat outside in the car refusing to enter the property due to another agent being there at the time. Williams Estates clearly didn't have confidence in themselves to sell themselves in order to gain another property on their books. Very disappointing and I would avoid this agent purely due to lack of motivation/confidence. On the other hand Peter Large Estate Agents who did enter the property were fantastic.

WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR We were looking to rent a property through Williams estates and all they did was lie through their teeth to us and then refused to give me my £100 back. They also have out my details and my report to "my mum" but she could of been anyone as they didn't speak to me to confirm she was my mum. We was told they accept guarantors then told they didn't We was told they don't credit check under 21s then they do They didn't even credit check me but still took the 100 pound I have a crappy piece of paper with my name on it. Is that what i spent £100 on. 1 piece of paper. And we didn't even get the house. Every other estate agent we spoke to all said they won't take money from us till they r certain we would get the house.. Oh no not them they take the payment then fuck you off. an expecting mother doesn't need to loose £200 for jack shit. It's pathetic. I will be contacting small claims court and whoever else I need to contact to get my money back. Fine keep my partners cuz he didn't declare that he had a ccj but he didn't know he had one he thought cuz it was paid off it was gone from his name but that's no one's business. See you in court sick of being fucked about and being passed from pillar to post. excuse my language
