I am very upset about the way this state agents are dealing with our complains, I am tired of calling and going to their office just to hear the same excuse everytime. Since the first day on my house that they keep telling us that they are going to solve our problems and they just try to ignore us as long as they can.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Hello Tiago. I'm sorry to receive your feedback following our email exchanges. As agreed we have completed maintenance works to your kitchen, and have agreed to replace your mattresses for you.
