I was bought in at first. But I have been put off working with these estate agents again from my experience today! When I was told the estate agent would be 15 minutes late to an appointment we had already rebooked (as they didn’t have have the key to show the place) I was a bit put frustrated. Mostly because I was taking time out of work to meet during the limited times offered despite their advertising saying 8am to 8pm viewing on a vacant property. The estate agent was 45 minutes late and then told me he had to go into the office as he didn’t have the keys still! When being shown the property I was told points on the add were wrong/in need of updating which left me uneasy. I asked about securing a room at the property shown to me, and was told I’d get a link to the online form to do so within a couple of hours. 6 hours later I’ve had nothing. Poor customer service and I’m very worried how they would handle incidents if I was a resident. Would not use again.

Thank you for your feedback, Dan. I am sorry that on this occasion we did not deliver the service that we are normally able to offer. As stated, we initially had to reschedule your viewing due to maintenance works at the property and the contractor not returning the key to us in time. We rearranged your viewing to today, however due to staff illness and appointments prior to yours running significantly late, our colleague was late in attending your viewing, and for this I apologise sincerely. The viewer who conducted your viewing today was conducting viewings until 6pm, which is likely why he was unable to send the email to you. Due to the number of properties we advertise, and the recent increase in demand from student tenants, our appointment availability has been limited this week but we did try to rearrange the appointment for you as soon as possible. I will contact you directly Dan as I would like to offer a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused today by factors outside of our control.
