Booked a viewing for a property, drove an hour and no-one showed up. Phoned the office who assured me they would get back to me with information as to the whereabouts of the agent and haven't heard anything since.

BE AWAY from Belvoirs.. they are dishonest & unethical They tried all tricks to deduct money from my deposit. regarding cleaning they charged £ 192 saying full cleaning which is complete NONSENSE, we have been working hard (night & weekends) to clean the property last 2 months & gave new life making it excellent condition compared to what was handed to us. And I asked them to inspection in my presence but no-one cared & finally after handing over keys they started claiming false charges on my back. When there was some window closing problem during winters it was making our house cold & when I called HELEN she told l also live just like that not a problem. such an unprofessional approach. VERY BAD PEOPLE.

Mr Panchal, Thank you for your comments. As a VAT registered company, we have to charge VAT on all fees. Quarterly inspections are carried out by instruction of your Landlord, a full report is forward to your Landlord following each visit. found the experience of trying to rent extremely slow , vague and unprofessional. due to this experience it has caused me to pull out of the property through insecurities of the company and the way things were handled which caused financial loss and stress. would not recommend

WARNING! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO RENT! TERRIBLE AGENCY, Would rate them 0 stars if it were possibly. They will take money from you left right and centre. They charge you for things they will never mention to you. When you are looking for a property they will be angels, but when you have signed the contract they will become devils. Only care about milking every penny they can. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service.
