Professional and good customer service

Very friendly staff and very well-organised processes. Everything is automated and they have a system where you can lodge a request and follow-up with a reference number. I enjoyed my time when they were my landlord's agents. The only problem that happened was at the beginning when they confused my down payment with my deposit. It was all sorted later.

Daniel and Belvoir were very helpful in helping myself and my friend find our new home. Thank you!

I would’ve given Belvior 4.5 stars but couldn’t do the half. After viewing the flat they didn’t put any pressure on me for a holding deposit which I really liked - if anything it was me wanting to get it sorted! The process of referencing etc was really straightforward and even better, all electronic. There was no supplying of paper copies and documents were all signed electronically too. All through the process they kept me updated and it was completed quickly. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. The reason I knocked off 1/2 a star was on the morning of my move they realised there was no gas safety certificate and that delayed my move a little. To their credit, Belvior did sort it really quickly and I think the delay was only an hour or so, but moving is stressful enough without that! I would recommend Belvoir to friends and family - they’re a massive improvement on the estate agent I dealt with previously

Me and my partner just rented a property with Belvoir, view the property with Joe, who was friendly and helpful, been on the phone a lot with Amanda, bubbly personality and very helpfull, Daniel is the person who gave me the keys helped me when i couldn't open the door. All the staff was helpfull and friendly at all times. Moving is a stressfull process that has a lot of paperwork and bureaucracy to it, it helps to know there is a team of people who are professional and helpfull to make things flow as smoothly as they can.

As an agent they are very friendly and efficient. Have used them for 20 odd years. Keep up the good work
