They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can experience and whilst it has been difficult due to unforseen cladding issues, Sawyer and Co have been amazing. Pre sale we were impressed with the incredible photos which brought our modern flat to life and captured why we loved living there. At one point we did have another agency invovled but Sawyers were able to obtain us twice the viewings in half the time. This is credit to thier market reach and attractive adverts. Post sale we werent forgotten and kept informed along the way. Special thanks to Aaron Fernandes (Senior manager) and Lucy Cratchley (Sales progressor). Two people who are amazing at what they do! They really felt like our friends, who genuinely wanted to help at every turn, always answering the phone and emailing us back whatever the hour. We've finally exchanged after what was a long journey but this was through no fault of this amazing agency who without, it would have been a lot harder and may never have happened. Cant recommend highly enough - given em a pay rise !!!

We have had a five star experience with Sawyer and co throughout an extended convenyancy which I hasten to add was never Sawyers fault. The marketing was terrific and our open day was well managed and yielded a flurry of offers. Thanks to Aaron at the initial stage. Then Lucy did amazing work whipping a chain of 7 into shape to bring the whole process to completion. I've no doubt Lucy was the lynchpin of that chain and can take the credit for holding the deal together when it looked at times impossible. We first put our property on with another agent and were very disappointed that our house wasn’t sold in the 3 months. We then contacted Sawyer & Co & Aaron came to see us and was friendly, professional, enthusiastic and proactive from the start and in fact to the end. On the 1st day with Sawyer & Co our house was sold for a very good price that we were more than happy with. That was back in February. Unfortunately we couldn’t find a suitable property to buy until the end of August. During that time Aaron kept our buyers fully informed of our progress and showed us properties that he thought we’d like. Finally we found somewhere and our offer was accepted. Aaron was as delighted as us and so were our buyers! Aaron continued to go above and beyond I believe by continually giving us advice and liaising with all parties until the end. Aaron is a credit to Sawyer & Co.

Sawyer and co have been fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Hass in particular remained very calm throughout a very bumpy process (with various losses of houses and difficulties in finding a property). He also made sure that we reached as close to our original asking price as possible, which really helped with us eventually buying our dream house. I would recommend to others.

Aaron, the sales progressor at the Portslade office, was honestly fantastic. We felt fully supported from the day we booked a viewing at the Sawyer & co office right to the completion date. Any question, big or small, was always answered and we felt prioritised every time we were contacted and updated with the process of our purchase. We believe this agency has a brilliant personal service for its customers and would happily use them again for our own future sale/purchase. Our Sales Progressor Lucy Cratchley was instrumental in getting our property over the exchange line. This was a first time buy for us which was a bit bumpy due to lack of comms with solicitors on both parties but Lucy completely turned the situation around. Without Lucy I do not think we would have been able to exchange when we did. She was on it from the get go and we can't thank her enough for the time, patience and effort she put in getting us over the finish line. I would highly recommend having a dedicated Sales Progression person in place when purchasing. Lucy is a credit to Sawyer & Co.
