Our Sales Progressor Lucy Cratchley was instrumental in getting our property over the exchange line. This was a first time buy for us which was a bit bumpy due to lack of comms with solicitors on both parties but Lucy completely turned the situation around. Without Lucy I do not think we would have been able to exchange when we did. She was on it from the get go and we can't thank her enough for the time, patience and effort she put in getting us over the finish line. I would highly recommend having a dedicated Sales Progression person in place when purchasing. Lucy is a credit to Sawyer & Co.

Sawyer and co have been fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Hass in particular remained very calm throughout a very bumpy process (with various losses of houses and difficulties in finding a property). He also made sure that we reached as close to our original asking price as possible, which really helped with us eventually buying our dream house. I would recommend to others.
