I can wholeheartedly recommend Fenwicks. We chose them to sell our house as I was very impressed with how professional & friendly they were when I went to view a property they had on the market. They certainly know their stuff! The house we were selling was of a non-standard construction but the leaseholders all own a share of the freehold. Fenwicks were the only estate agents who fully understood this. We also didn't feel like our property was just another one on the conveyor belt & as an added bonus our house sold within 6 hours! Nothing was too much trouble for them & their communication was faultless. So a huge 'Thank You' to Julie, Dean & the rest of the team!
