I can wholeheartedly recommend Fenwicks. We chose them to sell our house as I was very impressed with how professional & friendly they were when I went to view a property they had on the market. They certainly know their stuff! The house we were selling was of a non-standard construction but the leaseholders all own a share of the freehold.
