Payton Jewell Caines - Port Talbot

Excellent reliable service. Efficient. Friendly but business like. Kept me upto date with progress of my house sale. Can recommend them totally... You can't go wrong. Had offer practically within days of house going on market. Considering problems under the circumstances a job well done... Thanks to all involved... Especially Claire Bevan.... 👍👍

I have very recently sold & completed. Although this year has been very difficult, PJC have been wonderful. The team kept me informed of how the sale was progressing, and if there were any hiccups, they would look into it and resolve the situation. Its been an easy stress free progress, would highly recommend, Claire Bevan (progresser) and the PJC team. Thank you all Faye 😊

I had an excellent experience with my sale through PJC. The staff were really helpful, always prompt and couldn’t do enough for me. I would highly recommend!

Just had an offer accepted on my property with PJC. I would like to thank Nicola for tying up the offer so quickly & keeping me updated. Also a thank you to the rest of the team. Highly recommended. Thanks all!

We completed on our sale today and we can’t thank PJC enough. Catherine was very professional when valuing the house and we sold on our first viewing at full asking price. We were very impressed with the communication throughout ( mostly with Rhiannon) and would highly recommend the professional service they provide. Thank you.

Just started the purchase of our property and the service so far from Nicola and the team has been first class, providing a stress free experience. Long may it continue. Thanks all

Amazing service, really helpful. Fast, professional service.

Great professional service and very friendly. Always kept us up to date. Thank you 😊

PJC have been fantastic - sold our house within 24 hours and they took every opportunity to take pressure off during house selling/buying, even when things went a bit wrong due to COVID! Claire was fantastic at progressing our sale and was always there to settle our worries or take on tasks for us. She was always quick to get back and was excellent at keeping in frequent communication with us, updating us whenever she could. Thanks for everything Claire & PJC!
