Great service. Claire and I spoke by phone and email regular over the last 8 months during the sale of my property. I was kept up to date with everything and all the issues with the sale. It’s been a long time but both Claire and I were relieved completion has finally been done. I approached Payton Jewell Caines regarding a problem with my property caused by a neighbour’s building works and I dealt with John Caines, since he is also a qualified surveyor. John was impressively responsive and very supportive during this issue, demonstrating understanding of the issue, the effect it was having on my property and the stress it was causing me personally. John kept in regular contact with me and dedicated some of his own time to seeking out further information and communicating with other external agencies to help me get the problem resolved. Thanks to John’s help, an external agency finally became involved and took action to resolve the issue. John continued to maintain regular contact and get updates on the situation and I will not hesitate to contact and use his services again should the need arise. Thank you, John.
