Well what can I say about PJC, in particular about the branch manager of Pencoed, Sharon Sturgiss... JUST WONDERFUL and an absolute PLEASURE to have met and deal with. I am buying my first property through PJC and Sharon couldn't have been more helpful and has made what I have been told can be a very stressful time a very good experience. She has totally gone the extra mile to help me in any way she can and at no point have I ever found her to give the 'hard sell' as I perhaps have done with other estate agents when viewing properties. She has listened to me and taken into account my needs and has treated me as a person and not just somebody she wants to get a sale out of. Still going through the process with the house but it shouldn't be to long now and I can't wait to have her over for some wine!
