Natalie and co. knocked it out of the park for us. We've finally got our dream home, but not before 3 very difficult chains over 6 months. Even when PJC were just part of our chain, Natalie always had the most up to date information on where the chain was, which was incredibly important to us after so much bad fortune and lack of feedback from our own estate agent.
