Disappointed with the unprofessionalism shown which led to us having to withdraw our house from the market. They didn't uphold their end of our contract as they were unable to use their best efforts to sell our house. Similar properties on our street were priced very differently by them which has now affected the value of all the houses on our street. Finally when we felt we had no other option but to withdraw, our property was insulted by the manager, who implied that the cheap prices of the other properties for sale on our street was the only reason for attracting the viewings we had.
