I approached Payton Jewell Caines regarding a problem with my property caused by a neighbour’s building works and I dealt with John Caines, since he is also a qualified surveyor. John was impressively responsive and very supportive during this issue, demonstrating understanding of the issue, the effect it was having on my property and the stress it was causing me personally. John kept in regular contact with me and dedicated some of his own time to seeking out further information and communicating with other external agencies to help me get the problem resolved. Thanks to John’s help, an external agency finally became involved and took action to resolve the issue. John continued to maintain regular contact and get updates on the situation and I will not hesitate to contact and use his services again should the need arise. Thank you, John.
