A grandparent intended to sell with this estate agents - they are awful. I warn all family members of elderly or vulnerable people to ensure that they do not have any interaction with these agents. Terrible attitude and really taking advantage of vulnerable customers. They continue to hound my elderly relative despite them choosing not to continue with the sale. A full complaint of the agent will be submitted in due course.

Very poor level of communication I am afraid …..and when we mentioned that we were not entirely happy with the poor communication and bad customer service - we then encountered ‘attitude’ from the young man who was supposed to be helping us ……..there are far better estate agents around that’s for sure..
