I can wholeheartedly say that it is Natalie who has got me through this whole process. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE CREDIT SHE IS!!! She has gone above and beyond for me, speaking with me and updating me every single week at least once without fail….From start to finish. At this later & very stressful stage she has called me at least daily moreover, been there for me when I’m having a melt down and been so frustrated….(sorry Natalie lol). From my first call to Carl at S&W (Poringland) to completing on the purchase of our home I was incredibly impressed with the team at Starkings and Watson. Carl, Stephen and the sales progression team were incredibly friendly, not pushy and I found them to be very efficient and assertive.

Lisa showed us round our new house and she was the most kind and considerate estate agent. She listened to everything we asked for and asked us questions unlike other estate agents who just leave you to walk round by yourself. The whole team have been great.

The sales teams found many potential buyers for my property near Hempnall and assisted in filtering through the most interested potential buyers.
