We rented through Accommodation Bureau for seven years. Whenever we had issues with the property, they dealt with it promptly and fairly. We had regular inspections, which gave us opportunities to raise questions or any issues as well. The team are courteous, thoughtful, and look after their tenants well. I would highly recommend them.

After being unexpectedly, and without fault of my own, given notice on my home of over 10 years, i was quite worried about the prospect of finding alternative accommodation for myself, my children and my dogs, especially in today's housing crisis! Throughout the process of finding a new home, and the always stressful task of actually moving, i found that the team at Pool were incredible. I mainly dealt with Adele and Lee, and they were always so kind and patient. Especially with my constant emails! They really looked after us and without their help and support i really don't know how i would have gotten through it!
