From start to finish, Lee, Sophie and Adele from the Pool office have been extremely friendly, helpful, informative and have always been there to answer any questions that I have had. They have made a time that is usually very stressful run really smooth. Whether I email or visit them in the office they are always very professional and nothing is too much trouble. I am really grateful to them and am extremely happy in my new home.

Sophie from the pool office has been great every step of the way in renting our new home.
