After being unexpectedly, and without fault of my own, given notice on my home of over 10 years, i was quite worried about the prospect of finding alternative accommodation for myself, my children and my dogs, especially in today's housing crisis! Throughout the process of finding a new home, and the always stressful task of actually moving, i found that the team at Pool were incredible. I mainly dealt with Adele and Lee, and they were always so kind and patient. Especially with my constant emails! They really looked after us and without their help and support i really don't know how i would have gotten through it! I have been a tenant with The Accommodation Bureau for over 10 years and cannot recommend them highly enough!
