Do not rent a 4 bedroom house in Ashton close portreath you will get pushed out by the neighbours and the land Lord is evil and kicks you out they do not like children's at all number 27 takes pictures of you in your own garden and on your drive way and its not worth 995 a month waste of money
A disappointing and dissatisfying experience. I was interested in viewing a property but the Accomodation Bureau were distinctly inflexible when it came to organising a viewing. When I was able to successfully organise a viewing, I did not receive a confirmation email or text as I had requested. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding the time of my viewing as there was no representative there when I arrived at the property. This may well have been my error but unfortunately, the offices for the company were then closed and I had no contact details for the agent. This resulted in my wasting an hour of my working day out of the office to attend the failed viewing. What made the experience more disappointing was than when I received a call the next day to query the voicemail I had left the previous evening, the representative for the company was rude and delivered very poor customer service. The individual claimed to have left me a voicemail confirming my viewing earlier in the day. When I explained that as I was at work I am not always able to check my voicemail, she rudely stated that she did not ‘have time to spend all day chasing people and making calls’. Whilst I could appreciate her frustration at the situation, I was taken aback by the rudeness of her response. This caused me to end the phone call shortly after, left distinctly annoyed by the situation having organised my working day around the viewing. Overall, a very disappointing experience and made more frustrating by the fact that I had been waiting almost two weeks to view the property. I would not recommend this company, both for the poor customer service and also the lack of flexibility. It is difficult to arrange to leave work to attend viewings during the working day, as this company does not organise viewings after 5pm. I would strongly dissuade anyone from contacting this company.
