Wouldn’t recommend at all. They say what they think you want to hear, and then proceed to sit back and do absolutely nothing to sell your house. Takes them about a week or more to respond to communication. Evidently have zero idea about how to sell properties, and ‘get lucky’ on a few which do actually sell. Joke of a company, go elsewhere if you’re looking to market your house, and by the state of other reviews, if you’re looking to rent you may wish to go elsewhere, too.
