Excellent professional service and great value for money

We used Goodfellows to sell our property after finding a house that we wanted to buy which was being sold by them. We decided it would simplify things to use one agent and it was the best decision we could have made. From the outset we received a very professional service from Goodfellows and this continued throughout the sale of our home and purchase of our new property. They found us a buyer for our property within 24 hours and when this buyer had to pull out for personal reasons, quickly arranged several more viewings and secured us another sale within a couple of days. They kept us informed at all stages and provided at least weekly updates as things progressed but also called with any new information. It was very easy to get in touch with them and if they were busy, always called straight back as soon as they were free. They communicated with both buyer's and seller's solicitors as well our own and really kept the wheels in motion throughout, chasing things up and ensuring things kept on track. Towards the end they were invaluable in negotiating the date of exchange and completion between all parties and really took the stress away from us having to do this. This is the first time we have bought and sold at the same time and Goodfellows really made this a smooth and stress free experience. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and would use them again if the need arose.
