Fantastic quality of service!

I have recently sold my property via Goodfellows and unluckily for me I had a first set of buyers that pulled out just before completion and our second buyers had significant issues with the quality and timeliness of their representation across surveys, lending and conveyancing. Our home was advertised actively for less than three weeks in total – it sold fast and without many viewings. My gratitude comes from the amazing customer service I received. The team provided updates as I needed them and chased for progress and not taking no for an answer. Overall this left me feeling genuinely that they were working for me but also that they understood my situation, conveying empathy throughout what was a very stressful time. If you choose your estate agents on price, Goodfellows will be comparable; if you choose based on service they’re streets ahead. I’ll certainly be using them again in the future… if we ever move.
