I have experienced Northwood as a buyer for a property they had on sale. Amy supported us very well, although the property was tenanted, we managed to see the property at different times. Amy and Ashleigh have always been fast in providing responses over email. Thanks to the agency and solicitors involved the transaction has been very very smooth, and we managed to exchange (with mortgage) in about 1.5 months. If I would need to sell in the future, I would definitely get in touch with Northwood again. As I believe that also the seller has been very happy with the overall transaction.
