Martin and Co. provide excellent letting management services. They started managing my rental properties well before covid. I switched over to them after using many other agents and never looked back since. They are most efficient and responsive to landlord and tenants alike. Nowadays, they are managing my property Porkfolio of 11 properties and I am really happy with the service. Of all the good points, the staff of Martin and Co. is their major strength. In very limited cases I write a review but once dealing with Martin and Co I could not hold back for other people to know the professionalism of this company , I have ask M&C to let and manage my 4 bedroom house in Plymouth , I met first at the property with Chris who is the managing director for evaluation and initial agreement , Chris was so professional in his approach and you can see he is a great gentleman, then I have dealt with Abbie Alan whom was so supportive and highly professional in managing my property, processing the documents , letting agreements and finally finding the right tenant for my property. We were greeted by Kay westgarth at the property we have now rented. Kay was extremely efficient, lovely and polite, Kay showed us round the property and went above and beyond. Kay talked us through the process and kept us updated every step of the way. Kay presented herself very professionally and was very knowledgeable.
