Having grown up in the Pinner area, we were very familiar with which of the local Estate Agents were worth considering, especially when we’re selling the family home that we’d lived in since 1987! Paul Tindley at Robsons of Pinner stood out a mile! It felt as though he’d vet every potential buyer to make sure our home goes to nice people and serious buyers. When a buyer was found Paul and Robsons were impeccable in their profession. The property was placed on the market and in 3 months, but would have been quicker if Liz Truss and Kwasi Kwarteng hadn’t got involved and given everyone cold feet! Calming our nerves and panic since our Tenants had vacated and our mortgage still needed paying, Paul was brilliant in reassuring us that he will ensure the process will be as smooth as possible.
