Calming our nerves and panic since our Tenants had vacated and our mortgage still needed paying, Paul was brilliant in reassuring us that he will ensure the process will be as smooth as possible. By now we’d also realised he had a good rapport with the first time buyer that we were selling to who was also panicking and nervous due to the sudden volatility of the mortgage markets. We genuinely couldn’t have picked a better set of Agents than Robsons of Pinner and feel very fortunate to have had Paul specifically see through the sale from start to finish and handle the complications in between too!
