It took me a while to get to shortlisting and finalising the property of my choice and after discussing my requirements with multiple property agents I can say Robsons have been the kindest, patient and understanding during my property purchase process. We recently completed on our sale and purchase and what a journey it has been! And, we could not have asked for a better companion on this journey than Nick from Robsons. We had a very complex transaction - long chain, legal issues with our lease, but Robsons made it happen. Nick has guided us calmly through all the ups and downs in his always professional manner. After months of poor quality viewings with a different agent we spoke to Scott and agreed that Robsons would represent us while selling our home in Pinner. The experience with Robsons was very different - fewer viewings so less disruption, but all the potential buyers seemed better suited to the house - and within a few weeks we received an acceptable offer.
