I mainly dealt with Daniel Southgate. He was professional and dealt with a fairly tricky house sale (I was buying). There were a few obstacles but I would say he went above and beyond when there were some difficulties. The sale would have happened anyway but he ensured that both the seller and the buyer felt good with the process. If you are selling your house I would definitely recommend Daniel Southgate.
