Our Response: At 9:41am on Monday, we confirmed that 13:30 would work and asked if you were still able to attend. Your Confirmation: At 11:46am, you replied confirming that 13:30 suited you. No Show: Unfortunately, you did not arrive at the scheduled time and no call was received to let us know you were running late. Our team waited beyond the booked timeslot with no communication from your side. Shortly thereafter, we received your email stating you only received confirmation an hour before the appointment—yet our email records clearly show we responded well in advance. We take pride in our professionalism and find it regrettable that your review presents a version of events that does not align with the facts. The matter you refer to has been thoroughly reviewed by The Property Ombudsman (TPO). Their independent investigation concluded that our actions were appropriate and in accordance with industry standards and legal requirements. Specifically: The Complaint Was Not Upheld: TPO found that we acted in an appropriate and proportionate manner Industry Best Practices Followed: We acted to ensure compliance with the TPO Code of Practice No Compensation Was Awarded: The TPO adjudicator determined that we acted correctly in this situation, and no compensation was deemed necessary. We fully appreciate that disputes like this can be frustrating and emotionally charged. However, the language and accusations in your review are unfounded, particularly given the TPO's decision. It is disappointing that, despite this resolution, you have chosen to post a public review which misrepresents the facts of the case. Hi Linda, you arrived over 30 minutes late for your viewing. Sadly we cannot have staff wait around endlessly whilst you park your car. The postcode and full address were given to you when you booked their viewing including a link to google maps. All 4 other viewers made it to their viewings on time. If you do book to see any of our other properties, please arrive in time or call us to let us know you will be late. Merry Christmas, Northwood
