We have rented through Northwood for 5 years now in the same property. Unfortunately we have had a lot of issues (just general wear and tare) in the property. Northwood are always prompt at contacting the landlord and chasing up contractors. They were contactable throughout the lockdowns which really helped as we had ongoing boiler issues. We have a great relationship with both Northwood and our landlord. The agents are always polite and prompt. Never had any faults with inspections, if you look after a house the looks after you. Thank you!

Amazing agency ! I had some mixed experience with letting agencies before. But I have to say Northwood is defiantly on top of the list. 1) First of all they where quick to let me to view the property 2) Than the processes of references and paper work went very smoothly 3) Once I was accepted, and came to pick up keys, they have welcomed me with a GIFT BOX full of useful coupons for household items and some snacks 4) When I moved in there was some tinny problems, they where very quick to respond and within 3 days of me moving to the property those problems where addressed Would defiantly recommend !
