The agency in general tried their best to resolve any issue that came up during the tenancy period. Amazing agency ! I had some mixed experience with letting agencies before. But I have to say Northwood is defiantly on top of the list. 1) First of all they where quick to let me to view the property 2) Than the processes of references and paper work went very smoothly 3) Once I was accepted, and came to pick up keys, they have welcomed me with a GIFT BOX full of useful coupons for household items and some snacks 4) When I moved in there was some tinny problems, they where very quick to respond and within 3 days of me moving to the property those problems where addressed Would defiantly recommend !

Having endured a tumultuous past three years, I found myself at €œrock bottom€ in my life, trying to rebuild from scratch. I spent six months solid, searching for a suitable property but because of my personal circumstances, nobody would help and the majority of property agents in the city, closed the door on me, figuratively... I was quoted extortionate fees and at times, the general attitude towards me from some of these agencies was prejudice and rude. And then along comes Jill at Northwood... I emailed regarding a property of interest and she swiftly responded with positivity and hope despite being already made aware of my circumstances. I viewed the property, filled out all the paperwork that very same day and within two weeks, I was moving in... six months searching and meeting dead ends was ended in 14 days with Northwood!!! Jill was fantastic, she was empathetic, she was without prejudice and she gave me an opportunity when nobody else would. The rest of the team that worked on my application were also fantastic... Rebecca Norris and Kayleigh Shepstone... both were informative, efficient and both treated me respectfully, they too, were desperate to help me find a place to rebuild my life. Update as of November 2020 Two years on and I’m still with Northwood Peterborough. As we all know, 2020 has brought new challenges for us... what with the COVID-19 pandemic and how it has highlighted our mortality and the need to change our social behaviour and interactions. You’d think it would be a crazy time to move to a new place too right!??? Well it was and... I did! With Northwood’s help, a new place was found for me and an effortless transition was made beginning with the viewing with Emma Norris, where COVID-19 precautionary measures were fully adhered to. Then on to the super efficient Rebecca “Danielle” Norris, all the details, contracts, paperwork, key exchange along with the necessary communication throughout were successfully and professionally completed all under government advised, COVID precautionary procedures. Finally... to the signing of contracts etc, via DocuSign with Jill Brocklebank... I couldn’t have asked for a better, reliable, more efficient and professional service! I cannot recommend and praise Northwood enough, Thank you all for believing in me!
