Me and my partner rented a property through Northwood and the team were super helpful throughout the entire tenancy. After 9 months of renting, our landlord decided to sell the property and Northwood told us straight away about the landlords intentions before the property was put on the market. They kept us up to date with the sale process, and even helped us look for another property with them. Sadly, we didn't end up finding another property to rent with them, and they were really understanding. We were pleased to get our full deposit back after their advice on cleaning. Overall, we would highly recommend Northwood as an estate agent. They are a professional team and really look after you as a tenant. Special shout out to Colin, Kayleigh and Rebecca - Thanks a lot guys!

Both Colin and Chris were superb and professional when handling the sale of our property. Colin promised us he would not stop until our property was sold and was certainly true to his word. Whilst our chain was not long, it was problematic which was not due to any fault of Northwood. Colin chased up any queries and not only updated us at every stage but also our buyer. My flat was very difficult to sell for various reasons but from the word go, I knew that Colin and his team were doing their utmost to achieve the sale. Colin continually monitored the situation and then made intelligent proposals to me (such as suggestions for repairs & redecoration) that he knew from his lifelong experience in selling property would make that vital difference in order to attract buyers; I was always kept informed of developments via detailed and friendly phone calls. Once a sale was agreed, my choice of a firm of solicitors to carry out the conveyancing was not so inspired however, as they turned out to be very dilatory in their service. Again, Colin intervened - up to the point where he was practically doing their work for them in order to complete the sale. I'm very glad I chose Northwood Peterborough and recommend them wholeheartedly. Many thanks to Colin & the team.

I have found Northwoods branch at Peterborough to be honest and reactive. Tenant change over time has constantly been kept to a minimum.
