very happy with service which Northwood provide, friendly staff, help me sell my property nice quick and easy.

Colin said he would sell my house within a few days and to my astonishment, he did! Also, he suggested a selling price of £10k-£15k higher than the other agent I was using, had I gone with the other agents suggestion, i would have lost money. Colin is a very motivated estate agent, I would thoroughly recommend this agency to anyone who has a house to sell.

We were kept informed as to the progress of the sale of the house and bringing the sale to a successful conclusion. We always had a warm friendly reception which made the whole process easier. It was a far better experience than in dealing with other larger high street estate agents in the sale and purchase of other property that we experienced recently.

We wanted a quick sale and we were impressed with the knowledge and honesty of Christopher Brocklebank, so we decided to go with Northwood, over and above other options. Christopher found a couple of purchasers relatively quickly for only a little under what we were asking. Me and my partner rented a property through Northwood and the team were super helpful throughout the entire tenancy. After 9 months of renting, our landlord decided to sell the property and Northwood told us straight away about the landlords intentions before the property was put on the market. They kept us up to date with the sale process, and even helped us look for another property with them. Sadly, we didn't end up finding another property to rent with them, and they were really understanding. We were pleased to get our full deposit back after their advice on cleaning. Overall, we would highly recommend Northwood as an estate agent. They are a professional team and really look after you as a tenant.
