I used Andrew Grant Malvern office. Excellent support from Matt, Hannah and Stuart and from Queenie for showing prospective buyers around. Always pleasant, polite and friendly but also professional and efficient. I would certainly recommend them.
After a poor start with one of the Pershore office staff (Joe White) we moved to Chloe Faizey whom we cannot fault for her professionalism, cheery nature and customer attitude. The team at Pershore in the end achieved the result we were looking for on the house as indeed they said they would when we first met Vicki in August 2016. All in all we are very pleased with the results and to whomever reads this please bear in mind not all Estate Agents are the same.
We wanted to sell our mothers 3 bedroom chalet bungalow, and the three of us were all at a distance from Pershore so needed to be able to rely on Andrew Grant perhaps more than normal. From the first time we met Vicky it was apparent that she knew exactly what she was doing and that we were in very safe hands. Her valuation was spot on, brochures were produced efficiently and accurately and within a reasonable time an acceptable offer was achieved. AG's service did not stop at achieving a sale, throughout the process of arranging clearance and dealing with the complications of the sale Vicky and her team were quick with helpful advice and recommendations, and went the extra mile to make the whole process as smooth as possible. We would unhesitatingly recommend them as agents.
Vicky has provided a professional and consistently helpful service. She has kept us calm and most importantly informed throughout the process. This is something the estate agent handling the sale of our house failed to do. We would definitely recommend this branch and Vicky in particular.
Vicky certainly went that extra mile when it came to selling our house to us. She was extremely knowledgeable, consistently helpful, with a warm and friendly approach. She constantly strived to to keep the sale moving along in a professional and very determined manner. Thanks to Vicky we are now very thankful and settled in our new home.
We have been dealt with in a very efficient and professional manner. From the initial valuation and viewings until the completion. Very helpful and polite staff. Special thanks to Vicky who was always there to reassure and bring some humour to some of the more stressful times. Would highly recommend..... thanks again
From the beginning Amy was very friendly, helpful and professional during the valuation and listing stage. Any calls into the office have been answered quickly, they are always friendly and helpful. Lots of viewings and always a text and email to confirm these, and cannot fault Chloe or Jessica for their continued updates and help. They were all a great support when sadly our buyer pulled out (No fault of Andrew Grant) and got straight back onto marketing our property and arranging further viewings. We are still selling and hope for a new buyer soon, and so far throughout the process we can't fault the service from Amy and her great team!
On market for some time but were regularly contacted by agents to keep us abreast of what was happening. When a sale was eventually achieved the two V's, Vicky and Victoria worked well for us chasing both the chain below and our builders.
The staff here are a 100% improvement on the past. All are polite, helpful and keen to get the job done right without pestering. Also very professional. I would recommend the Pershore office to anyone
The whole system needs to change. This policy of not dealing with agents and solicitors further down the line (they only deal with immediate agents and solicitor that are dealing with the sale and the house the vendor is buying. This must change to create a smoother and more professional service. They need training on the value of solar panels. No mention was made of these to my buyers. Other estate agents make a big issue of this. Staff should not interfere with completion dates without the guidance of solicitors. They should be throughly aware that all parties are in agreement, otherwise this causes absolute chaos; we had to cancel removal dates on three seperate occasions, risking being charge three separate times for cancellation. I would very strongly advice them to steer clients looking for a solicitor away from a certain fiirm (they know who they are). The lack of co-operation and chaos caused to us very nearly gave us a breakdown, leading to us nearly dropping out of the sale on two several occasions.. They should co-operate more with the solicitor dealing with sale of one's property. Not doing this leaves one with impression that all their interested in just getting your money. Andrew Grant is a prominent Tory, he should put pressure on his Party to change the system, so that it runs more smoothly and to the advantage of clients.
