Excellent service and advice during pre sale review and photography of the property. Very good negotiation skills. Proactive during post offer period with good contact. Consistently good and friendly.

Brilliant Service
Since recently having been instructed by Andrew Grant as their preferred removal company, I can say how impressed I have been by Jessica. She has stood out, mainly for her excellent communications, friendly approach. Also after having contacted some of Jessica's clients they have also praised her for how professional she has handled their sale from start to completion. I would recommended any one to use Andrew Grant, if they are thinking of selling or letting a property.

Excellent Service
We recently purchased a repossession property through Andrew Grant in Pershore. The whole process took 11 weeks from offer acceptance to completion with the property needing to remain on the market for the majority of that time. The team at Andrew Grant, and in particular Jessica Holley, worked tirelessly to move the purchase forward, despite numerous delays by the sellers in possession. Jessica's positive and tenacious attitude in the face of constant setbacks really helped us to stay the course and we cannot thank her enough.

So far so great!
I have bought property, had property valued and rented property through your pershore office. I can't speak highly enough of Chloe and actually every member of the office that I have come into contact with. They are all professional and polite, knowledgable and customer focused. Recently rented from Andrew Grant, Pershore
I have recently moved to Pershore having rented a property that I found online, advertised with Andrew Grant. The service I received was first class, so much so that when my mum decided to also move here that as soon as I saw another property with Andrew Grant, my mum and I jumped on it straight away, knowing that we could trust Andrew Grant to do a good job and look after us. Everybody in the office is very knowledgable and extremely helpful. Chloe and Jess in particular. Thank you all for making everything so easy for us.

Personal Service
Huge thanks to Chloe and also to Jessica who spent some of her day off to show our prospective buyer around the property. Thanks also to the rest of the team for all your hard work and friendly service. It's not been an easy sale with a fairly long chain. We were kept fully informed and felt reassured when one or two hiccups occurred. Thank you for the smiles and laughs along the way.

Friendly, professional service
This has been our first experience dealing with the staff at Andrew Grant Pershore and we cannot fault them. We are currently purchasing a property on their books and they have gone out of their way to help us. Ok....some might say that it is their interest to assist potential purchasers but we have dealt with quite a few estate agencies in our house search (including one very iffy one in Evesham!) and the staff at Andrew Grant Pershore are head and shoulders above the rest.

Excellent
We found the team here to be constructive and helpful but we especially single out Chloe Faizey for her objectivity, focus and above all excellent communications.
