I have never dealt with such an unprofessional estate agents. Called to offer above asking price for one of their properties and was patronised, misunderstood and simultaneously told-off for their misunderstanding and told repeatedly to stop talking almost from them picking up. Having asked to speak to their manager (Phil?) I finally hung-up to his hoots of laughter and sniggering from his mates listening in. Their vendor will never know they lost a cash buyer due to their unbelievable schoolboy attitude. As a buyer literally put off a purchase by having to deal with them don’t trust this place with your house sale.

I believe they were merely trying to explain that in order for us to portray your offer in the best light you would need to view the property first. My colleague did immediately after your call, make a call to our vendor to make them aware of the situation which had arisen. I would not even give a tiny fraction of a single star. Appalling service, not reliable at all, they will take you for a ride,empty promises, not returning calls nor emails. Extremely disappointed!!! I will never contact Chimney pots in the future at all, I would rather allow genuine underprivileged / homeless people to occupy my house rather asking Chimney pot to find tenants!! Well, I had written the comments on behalf of my daughter in law, Shini Mahendran. I had given the property postcode and surely you could have worked it out. The property was marketed for letting and sale in April 2020. Please check your records accordingly.

Worst people that I've ever have to deal with, absolutely disgusting, stay away from this agency! They will rip you off, lie to you and leave you alone, when they are any issues! They tend to not answer your phone calls when they like, and you have to go to their terribly located office to get anything sorted! Getting any money back from the is a nightmare, my case almost ended up in court.
