Dear Matt, I am sorry to hear about your experience with us today, I have spoken to both of my colleagues with whom you spoke who are also disappointed to hear this. I believe they were merely trying to explain that in order for us to portray your offer in the best light you would need to view the property first. My colleague did immediately after your call, make a call to our vendor to make them aware of the situation which had arisen.
