I would not even give a tiny fraction of a single star. Appalling service, not reliable at all, they will take you for a ride,empty promises, not returning calls nor emails. Extremely disappointed!!! I will never contact Chimney pots in the future at all, I would rather allow genuine underprivileged / homeless people to occupy my house rather asking Chimney pot to find tenants!!
