I rented through Winfields Letting Agency for 2 years, and overall, it was a positive experience. The staff were professional, and maintenance requests were usually handled quickly.

The letting service provided by Manning Stainton has been generally satisfactory, especially John Sheader, whose prompt communication and efficient handling of issues have been very helpful. I would like to suggest two areas for improvement: 1. After a tenant pays the holding deposit, it would be very helpful to provide a confirmed move-in date. This would greatly benefit new tenants and help reduce potential financial losses. For example, it would allow them to give timely notice to their current landlord, arrange school transfers for their children, organise broadband relocation, and schedule furniture deliveries. 2. The check-out report provided at the end of the tenancy could present a more neutral description of the property’s condition, in order to avoid unnecessary disputes during the deposit return process.

Damp/mouldy house on Hillside Terrace that caused my 10 month old to have numerous chest infections. We were given section 21 stating the house was for disposal(landlord wanted to sell) the house has now been re-let to landlords friend, which is against the law after the reason for section 21. I'll attach just a few of the photos that Denise received and chose to ignore. And no, I do not wish to call you. PPS, it was Winfield's in charge NOT angela Dixon as they'd like people to believe.
