I rented through Winfields Letting Agency for 2 years, and overall, it was a positive experience. The staff were professional, and maintenance requests were usually handled quickly.

Damp/mouldy house on Hillside Terrace that caused my 10 month old to have numerous chest infections. We were given section 21 stating the house was for disposal(landlord wanted to sell) the house has now been re-let to landlords friend, which is against the law after the reason for section 21. I'll attach just a few of the photos that Denise received and chose to ignore. And no, I do not wish to call you. PPS, it was Winfield's in charge NOT angela Dixon as they'd like people to believe.

Dear Jen We are so sorry that When Angela Dixon owned the company you were treated this way. Please be restassured that since we purchased the company that wse would never act in this way. Since the takeover we have invested alot of money into the company and we have disengageged any properties that are up to our standard.

I VERY STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO NOBODY Mrs Angela Dixon discriminates and bullies the disabled the name of this business has been changed and still has bad feedback. Horrendous agent do not rent through this woman avoid like plaque

Horrendous agent. This agent bullies and threatens vunerable disabled people in society i never rented through her on a managed service going by her bad feedback her appears not the best I only rented through her once on a tenant find and never will do that again.
