Thanks for the review and 2 stars - it's very rare for us to miss a call. We were probably mega busy with customers in the office (it's been crazy since the end of lockdown). However, we do have a voicemail and always return calls. We also have email, Facebook messenger, Whatsapp, and a contact form on our website or you can pop into our High Street office too on the unlikely chance it happens again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Really sorry to hear you've been left feeling this way with us, Oleh. It's never fun to miss out on a property, especially with how tight things are in the rental market right now. Loads of applications came through for that property, and it's always a challenge to narrow them down. Making the final choice is tough for our landlords with so many applications to choose from, and unfortunately, not everyone can get the property they want. You're spot on about referencing - we use a third-party company for that, just like most letting agents do. It ensures transparency so our landlords have a full picture from which to make a decision. Regarding the chats on the phone - we're a bit old school like that and prefer it to just email. We understand it might not be everyone's cup of tea. We're keeping our fingers crossed for you that the perfect place comes along soon.
