very bad experience with one of the staff. i felt as if she was racist, as she wouldn't show interest regarding viewings, communication or mannerisms towards my family, instead rather show interest towards a party of her skin colour, which i find disgusting. very selective of which clients to please, which in my opinion is a horrible way to do buisness. i will be coming in a few days to speak to the manger and give a piece of my mind. furthermore, all the bad reviews are from ethnics, while the clients who wrote better reviews are all the same skin tone as yourselves.
Absolutely atrocious service. If I could give give a minus star rating I would. Repair requests ignored. Even on checkout the person who carried this out tried to withhold my bond, she didn't know the difference between vacuuming marks on a carpet from dirt/stains. Just as well I videod every part of the house. My advice is steer well clear!!
We received very poor service from Harrisons as potential buyers. This was not an isolated occurrence: we placed at least three calls into the office to try and discuss our interest in a property and none were returned. I went to the office and complained, asking to speak to the manager (not available) and so I asked for the manager to contact me. The manager has never responded. We later made an offer on a property and even after two weeks there was still no acknowledgement from Harrisons. Harrisons totally failed us as buyers and I recommend buyers and sellers alike to avoid. No matter how many glowing 5* reviews there are, don't ignore the 1* ones. If you are thinking of selling - you need 100% on the ball response from the agent, and they consistently failed, in my experience.

The photos of the property were really nice but the work is poor. 26 park street we have been waiting for them to solve our damp issues for months now and we keep getting lied to every single time. There is mould all over the walls and the walls are leaking. We are forces to contact the contractors ourselves and we are gonna contact the fire brigade due to water leaking into our plug sockets. Wigan council will also be contacted and the citizen advice center

Shocking!..they dont return calls or answer emails. Good luck to anyone doing business with this lot.
