Overall a positive experience. Moving houses is ALWAYS stressful, there's no doubt about it. Harrisons estate agents were there for me every step of the way in a particularly challenging transition in buying my house, which eventually was successful. As they represented the vendor they of course had to respond to the demands of the vendor more than mine as the purchaser , which I appreciate. The level of communication and speed was good, accuracy in details of the purchase price of the house listed suffered in my opinion as it was listed as guide price rather than offers in excess of, which resulted in a higher price demand from the vendor that I wasn't aware of. Every house purchase comes across issues and they handled them to the best of their abilities, I'm in my dream house now and for that I am truly grateful.

So far , I had a good experience with this Estate agency especially with one agent called Katie , she has been so helpful. Will definitely recommend them to you .

Dawn was really lovely and helpful, always keeping me informed. I appreciated Dawn's interest in making sure they found me the right tenants rather than anyone just so they could make some money. Unfortunately we didn't find a tenant in the time I had allocated but would use them again.

Dealt with Harrisons a couple of years ago Derek was fab. Spoke to Derek a month or so ago about selling yet another Lady who's a consultant for Harrisons came out very pleasant and professional. Not sure what went on though as I never had a follow up from anyone .

Only four stars because the property has only just gone on the market. So far I have been impressed with the way they cared about what they could do for me rather than just in the sale. They have also been highly effective in keeping me informed about what is happening.
