Didn't use as thought verbal quote expensive

Harrison’s have cost me a lot of money recently with not carrying out their correct duties. They allowed a tenant to move out leaving the house very unsafe and most certainly not able to let out again until nearly 10k of damages were rectified. I wasn't given a check out report to tell me that live electrics had been left by the tenant removing light fittings, switches and sockets. And turning the power back on, this was a threat to live and my electrician said the property should have been condemned on final inspection which does exist. I further found out an inventory wasn’t carried out also and due to their incompetence, I was then never allowed to claim the bond moneys. I was only going to pursue the tenants through the courts to claim the money owed for the damages but have now been told by a legal representative that due to the property being left how it was and how Hazardous it was for a person to enter the property Harrison’s are also liable for court action. Shame on you Harrison’s as a company and also Clint Hibbert, the director for not having the decency to own up for the incompetent company members knowing what has gone on. This will of course take some time through the courts but this will not end here, this company needs shutting down for what they have done. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. Ryan vickers

Have been evicted under section 21 no fault eviction and Harrison’s are deliberately sabotaging any attempt to get a new house, awaiting bailiffs to come to evict us and I have nowhere to go because for months they have been telling any prospective houses we have to give 3 months notice which is an outright lie as we where on a rolling month to month contract, so when I’m homeless I’ll make sure to camp out on there doorstep.

Repair/maintenance work is not taken seriously. It is seriously delayed until it becomes an urgent issue and staff blame you as if you had not reported the issue. I've lived in several rented properties over the past 8 years and it has never been this difficult to carry out repair work as it has been with Harrisons. The property even had windows left open the day I moved in and property was filled with dust, dirt, rubbish. I spent weeks cleaning the property until it was in a liveable condition. I wouldn't recommend this company as a tenant or landlord.

I would like to report a very bad experience. I called about viewing a 1-bedroom flat on the same day it was posted on Rightmove. A week later, I was informed that the agent for the flat was on holiday and that they would contact me when it was available for viewing. I followed up recently, now that telling that all viewing slots were fully booked. I feel disappointed by the lack of priority given to my request.
