Although not currently a customer of Seraph, I asked Gianni, a block manager for Seraph, for some advice on a leasehold matter including some understanding of parts of the lease. His help was invaluable despite the fact I am not a customer. If I did require assistance in the future on renting my properties or management of blocks, I would definitely consider Seraph based on the experience I had with Gianni.

I have a tenant who has not been paying me rent for some time and communications with them have been arduous but I gave a shout to Andrew Southgate of Seraph. He has been giving me sound advice on Section 21’s and Section 8’s. He directed me to the NRLA website where I located all the relevant documents and he kindly reviewed the notices before I issued them. It was with his help I just managed to submit the documents before the 3month notice period was increased to 6months as announced last Friday.
