Nicola at Seraph goes above and beyond for the owners at our complex. She's very quick to respond to any emails and always follows through. We feel that she really cares about our safety & wellbeing. She is 100% reliable and a 'let's get it sorted' person.

Gianni has yet again come to our rescue. He has been so supportive with all our concerns. Nothing has been too much trouble for him. The flats are in excellent hands with him as Manager. Seraph have managed a flat I owned in a block of flats for several years now. They are always responsive and fees are reasonable. Recently I sold this flat to my son. The solicitors we used were so appallingly slow and unprofessional that the deal almost fell through. We completed the sale within one hour of the expiry of my son's mortgage offer. Were it not for the help we received from Seraph in phoning both sets of solicitors when they were ignoring my calls, I doubt we would have had the will to carry on pushing to complete the deal which was crucial for my son. This is typical of my experience with Gianni - getting issues addressed quickly, and without bureaucracy.
