I have just sold my property with Fisks Estate Agents. I found them very helpful and professional throughout the process. Iain and Emma would go above and beyond to make sure the sale went through smoothly. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sale or buy a property.

Reply from Fisks Estate Agents: Dear Rich, Thank you for your kind words and vote of confidence. Your sale was in fact our newest team member's first completion. Furthermore, when you take in to consideration how busy lawyers are because of the stamp duty holiday; to get the transaction completed within twelve weeks of agreeing the offer is remarkable. We have also helped re-define value for the road and this was entirely down to us having such a well presented and stunning home to offer to the purchasers. Should you require any advice or assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us. Best wishes The Fisks Team

I found Fisks to be extremely helpful throughout our buying process. In what seemed a labyrinth of paperwork and no one getting back to me, Fisks were a shinning light in keeping me up to date, chasing people and getting the job done. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Reply from Fisks Estate Agents: Dear Liz, Thank you so much for your glowing review and of course our present and card. We strive to be a guide for purchasers just as much as we are their to act for our vendors and I am delighted that we delivered on your expectations, particularly as we neared exchange. Should you ever require any advice or guidance in the future, we would be delighted to be of assistance. Best wishes The Fisks Team

We were very happy with the quality of service from Fisks. The video tour presented our house well and the negotiations for our sale were handled professionally. Although not directly his responsibility, Iain was very helpful in providing advice and support to complete our own purchase. We would highly recommend using Fisks.

Reply from Fisks Estate Agents: Dear Mr & Mrs Wilson, Firstly thank you for your kind words. It was a pleasure acting on your behalf and we were very pleased with the result. Not all sales are agreed within days of the home coming to the market, especially whilst we were in the middle of a pandemic. I think this sale highlighted the misgivings of some of the other types of agencies serving the property market and we are glad that we were able to ‘fight your corner’ when it came to your related purchase. Needless to say corporate companies should think twice before threatening the consumer !!! Whilst we appreciate that you are now at the other end of the country, should you ever require any property advice in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us. Kind regards The Fisks Team
