Iain came and valued our house, we also asked 2 other local estate agents. When he valued it the valuation was the centre ground of the other 2. Fisks are a very professional organisation. They keep you informed of all progress throughout the selling process. We had a buyer within a week or so at the near asking price which we though was superb. Unfortunately that buyer's circumstances changed due to Covid-19 they could not proceed. That was on a Monday and then the following day (Tuesday)a new buyer was interested and we then proceeded with selling the house to them. We can't thank Iain and the staff at Fisks Wimborne enough they are ahead of their game. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone wanting to sale their property. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Iain has been very helpful throughout our selling and purchase process. Even during lockdown he was professional and quick with putting our house on the market and helping us with the process throughout. The rest of the team at fisks are always very happy to help. We would defiantly use them again if we wanted to sell. This is the second time we have dealt with Fisks as we bought our first house through them too. They are also very knowledgeable in the local area.

We have recently completed on a house that was sold by Fisks estate agents and I could not recommend Ian and his team enough. They are extremely professional and made the whole process stress free for us as buyers with no pressure being applied, unlike other estate agents we were dealing with at the time. I was let down by another Wimborne estate agent on turning up to value our property. I called Fisks and Iain was there to value our flat within a couple of hours the same day. Iain was super professional from start to finish and didn’t make any false promises. We had some massive hurdles to overcome throughout the sale and Iain was there to help guide us through it all. Would thoroughly recommended Fisks to anyone looking to move house in the future, and without Iain’s help we would have never exchanged before Christmas.

The sale has certainly been challenging for a multitude of reasons and we are over the moon that we were able to bring it to a satisfactory conclusion, especially given the Christmas break ahead.
We think that this sale has demonstrated how important the agent's role is and how effective they can be when communicating between client, purchaser and solicitor. Used Fisks to sell my late fathers bungalow in Merley . Have to say that choosing Fisks was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Have had generally pretty poor experiences of Estate agents locally, but when I met Iain McTaggart I just felt he was the man for the job. If you want an Estate Agent who is genuinely going to work hard for you to achieve both the sale and the best price, then I'm convinced you won't find better locally. Iain was also excellent in following up once the sale was agreed and keeping me well informed right through to exchange of contracts and completion of sale. Excellent service on all fronts

I recall that my opinion on value was somewhat higher than our competitors, however, given that we achieved as asking price bid I feel my understanding of the market place was accurate and on point, despite the uncertainty of the pandemic.
