We were given incorrect information on the property on the first viewing and the staff turned unpleasant very quickly. Lorraine was polite and responded to emails, but that’s the most positive thing I can write. We will absolutely not be selling our property with Daniel Adams and in future we will actively avoid buying a property they are showcasing, it just isn’t worth it. Avoid.

I tried to sell my property with this team and quite frankly they were awful. All they wanted to do was to keep reducing the price after suggesting the amount. They then only got one person around in 16 weeks. During this time I asked how they were facilitating viewings, and they said I was being difficult. Least to say I went with a different estate agents, Bond and Sherwill, across the road and they sold my property within 3 weeks after many viewings. They are awesome. Don't give your business to Daniel Adams, they don't do anything other than rely on right move... Bond and Sherwill use their common sense and are proactive. Definitely AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

I had a few estate agents around to price my property and picked Daniel Adams as Lorraine seemed honest and genuine. They seemed to offer the personal service that I wanted. Unfortunately, I could have not been more wrong. From the start: Never available for viewings (apart from one) even though I stated from the start I did not want to undertake the viewings myself. I had a substantial leg injury. Very poor feedback, not even sure if the content was reliable. Floor plans took 3 weeks, photos had to be changed, I had to chase them to get them uploaded on the websites. Condescending, responses to my queries if I tried to liaise or raise concerns. Difficult to raise on the telephone. Viewings offered but had to chase the details They advised me to drop price, I did not feel this was what I wanted, but they assured me they knew what they were doing. However this was not correct either. Do not feel they were helpful, respectful or proactive at all. I would have received the same service from an online estate agent at a fraction of the price.

Such a waste of time. Was bidding on a property and there was another party that offered slightly more than us. Said to them if the other party is offering more we just walk away. They have left hanging for over a week Avoid to all costs.
